In 2019, I started struggling with what I ate and how I looked. It gradually started getting worse during the years. In 2021, my menstruation stopped for almost five months and I started getting weaker and looking unhealthy. Last year, I finally said enough to high intensity workouts and not eating a lot. I started taking care of my body and health by doing Pilates and eating when I want by still maintaining a healthy diet.
