As an exercise lover, I have always done things that have been hard on my body: karate for 14 years, running and a lot of physical training. I always looked at Pilates as something that was not for me and thought it wasn’t burning enough calories…
In 2019, I started struggling with what I ate and how I looked. It gradually started getting worse during the years. In 2021, my menstruation stopped for almost five months and I started getting weaker and looking unhealthy. Last year, I finally said enough to high intensity workouts and not eating a lot. I started taking care of my body and health by doing Pilates and eating when I want by still maintaining a healthy diet.
My goal as a Pilates instructor is to help you work and get better on all six in each session.
Pilates creates lasting and profound results by lengthening, reinforcing and invigorating the whole body. Every session serves both mind and body, helping you to feel stronger, happier and healthier.
This platform will have an on-demand video library in which you can choose videos to tone and lengthen your body. Whether you have 5 or 45 minutes to devote to the day, there is a video for you! Each week, new videos will be uploaded to the platform to help you remain coherent and focused.
